Since 1979, Cook Remodeling has been transforming houses in the East Valley of Phoenix into homes that homeowners truly love to live in—while strategically increasing its long-term value. What began with back patios for outdoor living and custom casitas has grown into a full-service design-build firm specializing in additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole “forever home” renovations.

For more than four decades, we’ve built a reputation for integrity, thoughtful design, guidance on selections, and craftsmanship held to the highest standards. With 54 years in the remodeling and construction industry, Jeff meets with clients, provides options and cost estimates, writes contracts, procures materials, and manages projects and employees with hands-on dedication.

Provides customer care before and after the sale with supportive remodeling guides to help homeowners customize their home to fit their lifestyle.

Assists homeowners from initial call through project completion, managing permit applications, weekly schedules, contracts, and project coordination.

Monitors accounts, manages cash flow, and handles prompt payments to trade partners and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

Meets with potential homeowners to discuss remodeling needs, offering options and creative design ideas for kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and casitas.

Manages each project to best help clients have a great experience and exceptional result, providing guidance on key construction phases and job site progress.

Focuses on build quality and client satisfaction, communicating clearly to help homeowners achieve their dream living space.

Involved in active day-to-day construction, answering client questions with transparency about process and order of operations.
